Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. We will replace items that are damaged.

To make sure you make the right purchase, please email us at eliobelotion@gmail.com if you have any questions before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy:

Items will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.  For a Tuesday shipments, orders must be placed by 8 am PT on Tuesday.  For a Friday shipment, orders must be placed by 8 am PT on Friday. If you are experiencing a delay in shipping, please be in touch with us so we can file a claim with the USPS.
